Good to know
Will I ever get the same model twice?
No. Every model we send you is recorded against your account, and we also skip anything you have already bought from our store.
Can I choose which model I get?
Each month is a surprise from the pack you picked. That is half the fun.
What if I have received every design?
We pause your billing until we release new designs. You will not be charged for a model we cannot send.
Can I pause or cancel?
Any time, from My Account > Monthly Club. If you do not pay a month's link, that month is simply skipped and the subscription ends after a short grace period.
What about shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout for your address, and the same shipping charge applies to each month's payment.
