Brix and Bloom (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates brixandbloom.in. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Brix and Bloom is an India-based store selling building block construction sets — including our flower bouquet and car model collections — along with home fragrance and collectible products. We are reachable at the contact details listed in Section 13 below.
2. Use of This Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order with us. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
3. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where noted, are inclusive of applicable taxes. We take care to display accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations in colour or finish may occur between what’s pictured and what arrives, since many of our sets are handled and packed individually. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email; this confirms we’ve received your order, not that we’ve accepted it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there’s a pricing error — and will let you know and refund any payment already taken. Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide within India. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on individual product pages; these are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to that policy for eligibility windows and the process to follow.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product photography, descriptions, logos, and the Brix and Bloom name and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, resell, or repurpose our content or product designs without our written permission.
8. Your Account
If you create an account with us, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this site to violate any applicable law, transmit harmful code or attempt to compromise site security, scrape or resell our content or catalogue, or impersonate any person or entity.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brix and Bloom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond the value of your order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
